Scientific Significance of the Chakras

SJ: So, my question is what is the scientific significance of Chakras? Does medical science believe in the existence of chakras?

MD: See, medical science does not believe in the existence of chakras. The reason behind that is that chakras are not visible. If you cannot see something or cannot prove its existence with any experiments, then it does not exist as per medical science. If they still want to seek it, then they can search for it and find out that it exists and the way to do it is the effect that these chakras have on your body, we can study those effects thoroughly, through which we can make a connection of the chakras with your body.

But when we don’t even believe in the existence of chakras, then the act of searching the chakras itself stops. Why seek what does not exist? So, we would say, just start. There is something on which if you work, your body changes.

So, all the nerves or nadis in your body which make a web in your body, begins at your spinal cord. The web that is formed from there, is what we call chakras. The root chakra- Mooladhara chakra is at the bottom most. It is from there that the web is woven and reaches to your head. And that is how we speak about the seven chakras.

When these chakras are fully awakened, then the chemicals in your body interact with each other. Your entire body is filled with chemicals. The experiences you have or the emotions that you experience in your life are due to these chemicals.

Being happy, sad, angry, all these are made by the chemicals inside you. When your chakras are fully awakened, then these chemicals interact with each other. Then you look at your life very clearly. Your point of view changes. You get a spiritual point of view. The situations remain the same, but the act of understanding the situation, the point of view changes entirely. Thus, you can do this with just your chakras. So, the chakras exist, but are invisible and you can certainly experience their presence.

Experiencing the Chakras

SJ: Like you mentioned, we can experience the presence of chakras, while we meditate on the chakras, we can feel the vibrations for sure. So, we can know that something is happening for sure.

MD: Yes, it is like a vibration, with its Beej Mantra (Seed Mantra) which you start chanting and then you keep chanting it for a few days, you can experience its vibration within your body very clearly. This is an experience. It is not that you are imagining it. It is the truth in front of you which you cannot deny. You can also see the changes inside you.

SJ: Absolutely. You see it immediately. In fact, if you do Chakra Mediation for 15 days, you notice that something has shifted. So, it is invisible, but it exists and has such an influence on your body. Where are these actually situated in our body? Where is the subtle body? We can’t even prove this with science.

MD: Yes, you cannot prove it. The basis of your physical body is your subtle body. Your nadis, chakras and emotions are situated in your subtle body. When you establish a relationship with your subtle body and activate your chakras, then you experience them very clearly. Out of the five koshas, after the Annamaya Kosha, which is your physical body, when we reach the Pranamaya Kosha, that is where these chakras are situated. After that comes the Manomaya Kosha. The main job here is that of pranamaya kosha and it is activated through chakras. By eating a sattvic diet, you can activate your annamaya kosha. Just like that, with the act of meditation, you can activate your chakras and thereby, activate your Pranamaya Kosha.

Knowing the State of Your Chakras

SJ: Dada, can we know if our chakras are open or how open they are? What is the current status of my chakras? Can we know that?

MD: You cannot know that by yourself. You will not be able to understand it. But you can see the changes inside you and when each chakra inside you gets activated, you will start experiencing things related to it. You start feeling peace, happiness, bliss, strength.

If you experience some trouble in any situation, you will start knowing how to get out of it by mustering the courage on your own as courage begins accumulating by itself in your being. You can see this very clearly in your life realistically outside that something is changing inside me. This is proof to you. Nobody else can say this to you. Just like you cannot see yourself without a mirror.

So, these chakras just stay inside you. But, when you go through different situations in your life, then you will realize that a change has taken place inside you, and it is a good change, and it is changing slowly. But there are several chakras in your body. You won’t know exactly which chakra has been activated now... number 1. Number 2... you won’t know it that way. It is not required to know that either. If it is activated, it is activated.

You must just focus on your work in your everyday life.

7 Main Chakras & More

SJ: My next question is related to this. Our body has seven main chakras and many other chakras. What is the importance of those other chakras?

MD: Our bodies have a total of 108 chakras in all. These chakras regulate the energy inside your body. They maintain a balance. Each one of these chakras has a function. Just like your heart does the job of beating, liver does the act of cleansing the body, your brain thinks, it stores memories. It processes the information that it receives and decides the response for it. Similarly, the 108 chakras in your body regulate and balance your body per their respective jobs. So, when they get activated, you experience things related to their functions. There are seven main chakras and a total of 108 chakras, and you can grow along with them.

SJ: Does this mean that if we focus on meditating on the seven chakras, the other remaining chakras get activated by themselves?

MD: They fix themselves, but they don’t get activated. You can’t activate the seven chakras. The seventh chakra can be activated only by your Guru. You can work very hard on opening your Sahasrara Chakra, but it will open only if your Guru wants it to open.

This is why we talk usually about shat-chakras (six chakras) as this is until where a person can reach out of his hard work, but not beyond that. This is why even the mantra for the seventh chakra is not given to anyone. Only a Guru can tell his disciple the mantra for the Sahasrara Chakra.

There are several mantras, several practices that reach a disciple through his Guru. It is never written anywhere on any scriptures. It is not mentioned anywhere so that it reaches the right person from the right person. The use of knowledge should be done for good things. This is why it has been kept so safe. If seven chakras are activated in your body, that is all that you need for your life -to achieve a lot. If you can experience that your seventh chakra is fully activated with the grace of your Guru or God, then you get enlightened.

But, if you want to experience transformation, then 21 chakras should be active inside you. When 21 chakras are activated, then that is the beginning of transformation in your life. This is how you experience transformation and then you get to know what the chakras is inside and how they are opening. Whatever secret knowledge you have inside you, which is not written in any book, will start reaching you. You use this knowledge and bring changes inside you and inside other people too.

Significance of 8th Chakra

SJ: So, my next question is that there is an eighth chakra. Where is it situated and what is the importance of this chakra?

MD: Just as I mentioned previously, there is some information that Gurus keep only to their disciple. So, there has been nothing written about the eighth chakra. If you have heard anywhere about the eighth chakra, that could be somebody’s imagination. But the position of the eight chakra is a secret place.

SJ: But where is it? Inside the body or outside?

MD: It is located outside the body. Among the 108 chakras, this is one of the chakras that is located outside the body. We don’t mention the exact spot because it is a secret. It does a very special job for your spiritual progress. But we don’t activate that chakra and there is no need to activate that chakra. People who lead a worldly life don’t ever need to activate it, because all that you need to achieve in your life can be done by activating the seven chakras. The chakras have an energy field or an electromagnetic field which extends a few meters ahead of it and behind it. The chakras express themselves fully.

Some people feel that there is an eighth chakra above the Sahasrara Chakra, but it is just a reflection of the seventh chakra. It is an extension of the seventh chakra which is in the form of energy. It is not the eighth chakra.

The eighth chakra is in another place outside the body. If we mention that it is in such a spot and a secret spot, some people might not understand it. Then they start exploring it in the wrong way. We don’t give the mantra for it or reveal the location of it. It is only for the yogis who sit in the Himalayas, whose Gurus have passed it on to them, but they don’t teach anyone else. Because nobody else needs that information to activate it. If you activate seven chakras, that is sufficient for you. After that, when twenty-one chakras are activated, the process of transformation begins.

The eight chakra is the last chakra. It doesn’t even activate in your first hundred chakras. So, even if your hundred chakras are active, the eight chakra remains closed. So, it is not right to give someone the way to do it nor is it required. So, don’t waste your time. The wise thing to do is, learn from your Guru whatever he is imparting to you at the moment and carry it ahead. If any Guru is giving you the knowledge of seven chakras and teaching you step by step, then the seven chakras of that Guru should be active too. Because your chakras can be activated only if theirs is activated. If their chakras are not active, then yours won’t be active either. Then only the chanting and the act remains, but you will not be able to experience anything.

So, speaking of the eighth chakra is a waste, as nobody can activate it. So, it just remains mystical knowledge and will excite you for a few days, but you will leave it after a few months as you won’t be able to reach there or experience it. Even the Divine will not want you to follow it for this reason.

So take the easy way which your Guru has taught you as you can do what he has done and move ahead learning from him. He will tell you if it is required for you, and if not, he will not.

Activating & Awakening the Chakras

SJ: We can activate the seven chakras with chanting. But what about the 21 chakras? Can we activate them by chanting too?

MD: The remaining 21 chakras will activate themselves along with the seven charkas. First the seven chakras will get activated, and then with the effect of these chakras, the chakras close to it, will start opening. But keep up your spiritual journey continuously. Don’t stop in between. Your everyday meditation and sadhanas should be continuously on. Then the 21 chakras get activated by themselves. You can do this without meditation. You can do your sadhanas without mantras too. Your mind needs to be especially pure in order to activate the chakras. You can progress only if your mind is pure. If “Chitta Suddhi” has not happened and you keep sitting for hours together, nothing is going to happen. Only your time is wasted. You will have a desire to achieve something, you will have conflicts inside you, restlessness inside you, which will then take the form of sadness, but you won’t be able to achieve anything or experience anything. You can achieve many things by reading, but when the Guru is in front of you, in that state, he can easily take you there. You will not need to do much. You do just as much as he tells you to do, and you achieve it.

SJ: So, the awakening of the chakras gives every human being spiritual transformation?

MD: Yes.

Chakra Meditation and Spiritual Growth

SJ: So, meditating on the chakras is very important for our spiritual growth, right?

MD: You don’t have to do a special meditation for that. If you keep your acts pure, if your thoughts are pure, the chakras get activated by themselves. So, some people chant mantras and try to purify their chakras. Suppose there is a vessel, and you have to take nectar in it or even pour milk in it, then first you have to clean the vessel. Then you receive the prasad that you get. Similarly, the act of purifying the body is meditation. Chakra Dhyaan does the cleansing. It makes space. It makes the vessel worthy so that you can experience that spiritual state-whether it is enlightenment, liberation or transformation. To attain this state, you can meditate. You can keep your mind clean and attain this state too. So many saints have not meditated. They have never done chakra dhyan, but their mind was very pure, therefore, all their chakras got activated. They were able to do it all on their own. It is not necessary that you must do it. Keep your mind pure and do your chakra dhyan, you will be aided in this. You will progress soon.

SJ: So, there are benefits to it. Lots of people say that I do such good deeds, I do so much service, charity, so my chakras are automatically activated.

MD: If you say things like I do charity, I do a lot of meditation, I read a lot about spiritual knowledge....if there is too much of “I” then the chakras will perhaps not open. Whatever happens will happen right and at the right time. If you sit thinking of I, then God will make you sit separately saying you and your “I” - you first solve it. Either your “I” remains, or I remain. It is like that. The “I” of God is a very big “I” and your “I” is a very small one. You must dissolve your “I” into his “I”. When it dissolves into God, then only God’s “I” remains. People don’t seem to understand this. They want to attain Siddhis, Shaktis and then they stray. They don’t understand if this was right for them or wrong for them. So, your mind is pure as a result of which the chakras open. You are running behind the chakras opening by chanting seed mantras and doing mantra dhyan. You are forgetting that the reason behind this is your mind – your pure mind. Unless the mind is pure, nothing is going to happen. Everybody needs to understand this- you can chant your mantras, do your meditation, chant the right way. Don’t just read a book and do it. Learn from someone. Make sure the person you are learning from is also doing it every day, and if he is in that spiritual state or not? Only then should you follow him.

How Kundalini Energy within you awakens

SJ: Dadashreeji, people are very curious to know when their Kundalini Shakti would rise. Is it so easy for the Kundalini to rise? Can we raise it on our own? Or does it happen by itself? Could you please tell us about it?

MD: Any action done with a pure heart is always fruitful. That is, if you do it with a pure mid, a focused mind, and if you do it for the purpose of spiritual progress. Not for attaining siddhis. If you do it with a pure mind, with your Guru's guidance and blessings, then the kundalini can awaken. It is in a dormant state in your mooladhara (root) chakra in the form of Shakti (energy). It slowly rises from there and reaches the sahasrara (crown) chakra which is the location of Shiva. So, Shiva and Shakthi come into a union in that state. At that time, you start realizing and experiencing your true self. So, kundalini can be awakened for anyone. Just like I mentioned sometime back, do it with focus. It might take time. As pure as you keep yourself, as much as you keep your thoughts pure, keep your mind pure, it will be that easy for you to experience the kundalini. After which, when the kundalini increases, you start having very different experiences. You will need the help of someone to understand these experiences. You might not understand anything. You will wonder why this happened and that happened? This is an intense sadhana. It comes in Tantra sadhana as well, Rudra sadhana as well. So, you must do it right. So, if you have someone with you to guide you, then do it or wait until you find the right person to teach you. SJ: Are there special practices to raise the Kundalini? Is there anything special that we can do so that our kundalini rises? Is it advisable that we raise our kundalini with special practices, acts, chakra meditation?

MD: It is not like you should not do it. If you have the desire to raise your kundalini, you can do it. But you should understand it. It's like you bought a very expensive vehicle and kept it near your home, but you don't know how to drive it. You don't know where to take it. You have no direction for it. So, just by awakening the kundalini, you get stuck somewhere if you don't have proper guidance. So, you can awaken it with your effort to a certain extent. Not that you can't, but it is necessary to have a proper understanding of it.

Chakra Meditation - What not to do

SJ: A lot of people ask me if they can do Chakra Dhyaan three times a day.

MD: You must not do that. SJ: Right, so they are in a hurry for these things.

MD: No, if they are in a hurry, then they are not aligned with the spiritual path. Spiritual path always walks with endurance, patience, and simplicity. If you are rushing, then you are going in the opposite direction. Where there is stillness, that is where there is spirituality. Where there is rushing, that is material world. That is where your ego comes from. You won't get anything by rushing, you will only get tired, worried, and angry. You will then keep expressing this to people around you. So don't trouble yourself. If you can do it patiently and calmly then do it. Like we also say, do two chakras eveyday. It has an order too. You must go only in that order. If you keep working on the same chakra every day, it is not good as you will see bad results of this too. If you want to keep the energy inside you balanced, then you must learn these things. I am not asking you not to do it as everybody has the freedom to do anything. You can do any meditation that you desire. What I am saying is that do it under proper guidance. It is better if you start only with proper guidance.

Chakra Meditation - Knowledge v/s Experience

SJ: There are lots of people who are offering classes to raise the Kundalini. Anybody could just attend these classes with the greed that they want to raise their kundalini. Is it advisable to do things like that?

MD: See, the subject of spirituality is not something you can understand by reading. This is a subject that you understand after experiencing it. People read about Chakra Dhyaan. They keep reading about it, with very simple techniques, keep their backs straight, chant a mantra for fifteen to twenty minutes and then you see every day the changes that happen inside you and this happens to a certain extent too. But you won't be able to go far with this because you just read and learnt it. Only the person who is completely in this state will be able to do justice to this kriya (act). People learn various kriyas in a hurry. Let's say I tell you that I like Pranayama, so I began learning Pranayama which brings about a lot of benefits to your body too. As I keep practicing this, a few people join me and I ask them to practice pranayama as well, so they do it too. Just like I felt good, they also felt good doing it. Similarly, I noticed that by eating Sattvic food, there are some good changes in the body. So, I started experimenting a little on that too and told people about my experiences. They liked it and started doing that too. Then they say Guruji, teach us more, then I start searching more and find Chakra Dhyaan. Then I bring that and say I got Chakra Dhyaan for you. This means that I am constantly searching for things and giving them to you. Because the people who are with you keep asking what else is new? So, I am bringing these to you. Not that it is my expertise or my specialty. Example, I am a doctor by profession. I check my patients. Nobody suddenly comes to me and asks me to construct a building. I can only talk about what I know about my field. Similarly, if someone is constantly reading to teach you something, you will not be able to experience it. There are different kinds of meditation. Some people offer motivational programs too. They give good thoughts. It is their expertise. But when they go into meditation, that is not their expertise. They can even read and tell you to do breath-watch every day, etc. They are not able to do it themselves, but they teach others in order to give new knowledge. This should not happen with Chakra Dhyaan. It is a subject of experience. Only teach if you have experienced it.

Benefit of Doing Chakra Dhyaan in Groups

MD: If a hundred people sit together and they start doing the chakra dhyan, there are benefits to it too. What happens is that for some people, their kundalini does not rise. It takes time. For some people, the Kundalini does not even rise from the Mooladhara (Root) Chakra to the Swadhisthana (Sacral) Chakra and for some others, the Kundalini goes straight from Mooladhara Chakra to Anahata (Heart) Chakra or Vishuddhi (Throat) Chakra. So, for people whose Kundalini goes only from Mooladhara to Swadhisthana, the benefit that they get, is that when they sit in a group meditation, the Kundalini rises from the second to the third and fourth point too because they are seated near people whose Kundalini has risen to a higher chakra. So, these people are benefited due to the others. On the other hand, for the people whose Kundalini rises until the Vishuddhi chakra, it cannot rise further to the Ajna (Third eye) Chakra because the others are getting helped through them. So, group meditation has this benefit that for those who cannot progress quickly, they are benefited due to the presence of another person. For those who the Kundalini has risen to a higher chakra, it cannot go further than that as they are the reason that the others are getting helped. SJ: How does this happen?

MD: It happens automatically. It is the law of nature. There is no magic in this. It occurs on its own. So, the person who has good Kundalini Shakti -- whose Shakti has reached a higher Chakra -- after listening to this talk, they may not go to a group meditation because they might feel that if I go, then my Kundalini will not rise further up. But this means that now you are being selfish and if you are selfish, your kundalini will not rise anyway. If you go to such group programs, some other person might benefit through you. So, if you go for someone else and then come home, you will end up experiencing more benefits. So, this understanding is missing from people. They don’t know that it can happen this way too. Some Gurus who are in a good state, awaken your kundalini for you and, per their wish, they can raise it to a higher level. But this can happen only for some time. You will need to awaken it on your own after that. When you raise your kundalini shakti on your own, it will remain with you for a longer period. Another thing is that it is not necessary that the Kundalini Shakti should always be in the Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra. Your Kundalini energy fluctuates based on your daily activities. You can do this per your own desire. For example, as I am talking to you about a spiritual subject, I can bring the Shakti to my Ajna Chakra or Vishuddhi Chakra. When I am in a state of meditation and I want to send you a message internally or send you some energy, then I raise the energy until the sahasrara and send you the energy from there. If I must do a physical activity, then I bring it to the Mooladhara Chakra or Swadhisthana Chakra. If I must understand somebody’s heart, then I bring it to the Anahata Chakra.

Managing Your Kundalini Energy

MD: So, you must fluctuate it [Kundalini Shakti] accordingly. Not that if you take it [Kundalini Shakti] to the Sahasrara Chakra once, then you fix it there. This is another misconception that people have that if my energy reaches Sahashrara, then I am done. None of the yogis do this. All yogis bring their Kundalini Shakti from Sahasrara chakra to the Mooladhara chakra after their meditation. Only then can they carry on with their daily activities. People don’t understand this. So, every time you finish your kriya, you must bring your energy back to the Mooladhara Chakra. The Guru can do this. If you can reach the higher state, you can do it too. If not, your Guru can get you to do it. For the third eye to open - Why would you want it to open? How will your life change if your third eye opens? People don’t understand and so, they feel it is a Siddhi and something mystical might happen. But if your mind is not stable, no matter how big of a knowledge is given to you, you will not be able to handle it. And this, no other person can do for you. If somebody says that I can open your third eye for you, because of his “I”, he will never be able to open anybody’s third eye because now there is an “I” that has come. This can happen either with your own efforts, your Guru’s blessing or the Divine’s Grace. There are some very evolved yogis who can do it if they wish, but there can be only one reason for that. It is so that you can see that world and understand it. Once that is done, they will again close your third eye. Now you will have to start working to go in that direction. This is done by masters, Gurus, Sadhgurus, Paramgurus, they help you so that you can reach that destination. But if you are taking a course and the purpose of the course is to earn money, then I don’t know how genuine that is. What is the emotion with which that person is teaching? You must listen to what they say and if you are able to understand their emotions, then you can go ahead and do it. But, if the talks are such as they say - you market about me, tell ten more people about me, you can earn this much commission, you can open a franchise, if they think this way, then there is something that is going wrong there. Spirituality is about experience, especially Chakra Dhyaan. Therefore, this should happen with utmost simplicity. It should happen by itself. If you connect through your heart, then you will benefit through it.

Karmic Pain & True Healing

SJ: Now, coming to healing, lots of people have several problems in life. They are mentally challenged, or they have cancer, or they are in very bad situations mentally or physically. When such people come seeking healing and healers perform healing on them, let’s assume that now they are out of their problems or they see a relief in their problems, is that karmic? Secondly, should healers heal? As we know, we are here to learn life lessons. Whatever problems we undergo is to teach us some lessons. So, if the healer heals someone, is he interfering in their karmic path?

MD: When somebody is undergoing such pain, it could be karmic or it could be that they wanted to learn something and a situation is created for them to learn it. It is very important for them to pray for someone to ease their physical or mental pain. When it comes to healing, there is a work called Divine remedy where we work on you and take that problem away from you. The emotion of helping someone is right, of course. So, you should do it in any way possible. If you think you can be of help, you should do it. But even in this, if the “I” comes in, like – I am the one healing, then you get stuck again. I have noticed that in some places the healing is done forcefully. If in a person’s life, if they are going through something and you are trying to forcefully control it or change it, you will only be troubled by it. The other person’s difficulties might come back stronger after that. So, you have to see what can be naturally corrected and pray for that person that it is corrected, and you can heal them too if you can, but make sure you are not doing anything with force on by controlling them. This happens in tantra too. In tantra, they try to control people. There is no need for that. If you keep your karmas good, keep your thoughts good, everything in your life will be good too. You will not need these things. If there is God, then he takes care of you. In healing, the love of God reaches you. If the healer does not experience God, then that energy will not reach you either. What will reach you is greed. It may even feel good for some time, but then that greed remains with you too. This is why, if people want to heal, they should heal with God as their witness. You should help people by looking at God.

Maitri Light - a prayer and healing process

SJ: In today’s time, you have prepared a healing process and gifted us with it. We call it pray-ling or Maitri Light. What is Maitri Light and how does it work?

MD: Just like you mentioned “pray-ling”. It has both prayer and divine remedy (healing). The volunteers, mitras and maitreyis who perform this are in the state of union with the divine. With that love, they pray for you to get better and send you energy. So, the intention here is always that whatever can be done in a natural way to bring a change inside you, the changes occur that way. There is no force in this. It is done with the intention of you getting better and for your well-being. There is God in this, devotee in this, a friend and just one desire that you should get better. There is no interference in this, we don’t go against the laws of karma and this kriya is done very peacefully. Just like we see sometimes, in the method of treatment- like allopathy for cold and cough which is done to stop the cough, which is also required to be done sometimes. Then, we have the ayurvedic, homeopathy or any other natural therapy, they work on your body slowly and remove the problem from its root.

Similarly, Maitri Light, in the form of energy enters your body and mind, wherever you have a difficulty, and slowly tries to remove the cause of your pain. So, you do this once and then again after a few days gap, but this tries to remove the root of your pain. This is a very effective treatment in today’s times, and you don’t have to pay any money for it. It is free. As soon as you start charging money for good deeds, you turn even a good deed into a sin. There should be no exchange of money if you want to help someone. Do it with a pure heart. Even if you have nothing today-no house, no money, but if you want to sit anywhere and help people, you can do it. This is why there should be no exchange of money. We take special care to make sure nobody pays or receives money for Maitri Light. If you do, then it won’t be that effective as now there is greed involved in the act. It could happen that the person who has benefitted from Maitri Light, could offer something by themselves out of their happiness to the person who has helped them. But your means to help them should not be money. No fees. You learn to give.

God is watching over you and will take care of you. But all of you need to remember to do it freely and to not interfere in anything. It is God who does for them. This is why all our Mitras and Maitreyis are in that state and ready. They share love in that state with the help of God. What could be better than this?

SJ: Yes, and Maitri Light is working so well in today’s times. A lot of people have come back from grave situations due to Maitri Light. It’s an amazing process. Thank you Dadashreeji for giving us the gift of this free process.

Maitri Sambodh Dhyaan - the best meditation for today's time

SJ: Dadashreeji, we spoke about a lot of things today. We discussed Chakras, awakening of the Kundalini, healing, etc. If a practitioner had to choose just one practice of all these, which is the best sadhana to do?

MD: See, the choice is yours. Whatever you feel from your heart that you like doing, you do that. Everybody has the freedom to do that. When we teach you, we have an intention always for everyone that you have knowledge of your self- True knowledge. Who are you? Your Sadhana everyday should be to find out who you are. You should do this always. Whenever you have any thoughts, when you are reading something or watching something or if you are sitting alone, you should have the intention of knowing who you are. While finding out who you are, you reach the truth and witness the complete form. To make this easy, we teach Maitri Sambodh Dhyaan. What happens in Maitri Sambodh Dhyaan is that you start finding out about yourself and establish a bond with the Divine. So, there are two things here- you and your Divine. When you establish a bond with the Divine, the cleansing of your mind starts automatically. Whatever is wrong, bad for you, bad thoughts, they come out from inside of you in huge quantities and slowly leave you. If you make it a habit and do it every day, you will see changes in you. Your brain begins to change slowly too. The biological cells in the brain begin to change too. It makes you more compassionate, more positive. There is empathy inside you and you begin to desire to help others. Love starts increasing on its own, your fear starts reducing. You see all this happens to you due to Maitri Sambodh Dhyaan. This is a subtle practice. It does not forcefully change anything. You flow with time and get there and start experiencing it fully. So, cleaning of mind happens too. Whatever bad sanskaras you have in your mind start getting cleansed one by one. This happens by itself in Maitri Sambodh Dhyaan. Your mind gets cleansed, you get close to the Divine and know yourself fully too. This is a very easy, effective meditation which you can hear and do too. We want to offer everything we can to ease everybody’s transformation and so that they can experience the truth. You don’t have to follow us for this. Follow the teachings and that is good enough. We only have this expectation of everybody’s welfare at this new time so that when the golden era comes, all the people who are going to be a part of it should be well. So, if you have this thought in your mind that you want to head in that direction, where could you experience the truth? Then we invite you to join us as a friend and witness life in a completely different way.
